WhatsApp campaigns and templates

Send approved WhatsApp templates to many customers.

In Salescom: Campaigns > WhatsApp

Templates

WhatsApp messages sent first, or after the 24-hour window, must use a template Meta has approved. Your approved templates are listed in Settings > WhatsApp templates.

Campaigns

  1. Open Campaigns > WhatsApp.
  2. Create a campaign: pick the WhatsApp inbox and an approved template, and choose the contacts by label.
  3. Pick when to send it.
