Website chat campaigns
Show a message to visitors on your website before they write.
In Salescom: Campaigns > Website chat
A website chat campaign pops up a message in your website chat, for example "Looking for a laptop? We have new stock this week."
- Open Campaigns > Website chat.
- Create a campaign: pick the website inbox, write the message, and choose who sends it.
- Choose which pages it shows on and how long a visitor stays before it appears.
You need a website chat inbox first.
