Good photos and specs mean fewer chats handed to your team.
In Salescom: Catalog > (a product)
Photos
Add one main photo and up to 5 more. JPG, PNG or WebP, each under 10 MB. Rachel sends these when a customer asks to see the product.
Specifications
Add name and value pairs, such as "Storage: 256GB". To add many at once, press Paste specifications and paste lines like:
Brand: Apple
Storage: 256GB
Colour: Blue
