Reset a setting to its default
Put built-in labels and Rachel's reply settings back the way they started.
In Salescom: Settings > Labels, Rachel > Settings
Some things Salescom sets up for you can be put back the way they started:
- Built-in labels: in Settings > Labels, press Reset to default on one label, or reset all of them at once. Your own labels are never touched.
- Rachel's reply settings: in Rachel > Settings, reset one card or all of them. This only changes your draft, so nothing changes for customers until you publish. Your business details and Rachel's name are never reset.
Salescom shows what will change and asks you to confirm first.
