Publish changes
Saved changes stay a draft until you publish them. You can undo a publish.
In Salescom: Rachel > Profile
Changes to Rachel's profile and settings are saved as a draft first. Customers only see the change once you publish.
- Make your change on the Profile or Settings tab.
- Press Save. The page shows "Saved, not published yet".
- Press Test to try it out. The test chat uses your saved draft.
- Press Publish. The page shows "Published".
One publish covers both the profile and the reply settings.
Undo a publish
Press Undo last publish to go back to the version you had before.
FAQs and catalog changes don't need publishing. An approved FAQ and a saved product are used straight away.
