Add the website chat
Put a chat bubble on your website so visitors can message you.
In Salescom: Settings > Inboxes > Add inbox > Website
- Go to Settings > Inboxes and press Add inbox.
- Pick Website.
- Enter your website's name and address, and pick a colour and welcome message.
- Copy the script Salescom shows you and paste it into your site, just before the closing
</body>tag. Most website builders have a place for "custom code" or "footer scripts". - Add the team members who should see these chats.
Open your website in a new tab. The chat bubble appears in the corner. Send a test message and it shows up in Conversations.
You can change the colour, welcome text and other options later in the inbox's settings.
