Choose which inboxes Rachel answers
Rachel replies in connected inboxes until a person takes over.
In Salescom: Rachel > Inboxes
Open Rachel > Inboxes to see each inbox and whether Rachel answers there.
- Connect an inbox so Rachel answers new chats in it.
- Disconnect an inbox to keep Rachel out of it, for example an inbox only for existing customers.
New inboxes are connected automatically when you create them.
If you don't have any inboxes yet, create one first in Settings > Inboxes. See Add an inbox.
