Set your availability
Tell your team, and chat assignment, whether you can take chats.
In Salescom: Profile menu (bottom left)
Open the menu at the bottom left of the sidebar and pick Online, Busy or Offline.
The same menu opens your Profile settings, where you change your name, photo, password and notification choices.
