Create teams
Group team members, for example a phones team and a laptops team.
In Salescom: Settings > Teams
Teams are optional. Use them when you want to group people, for example by product or by branch.
- Go to Settings > Teams and create a team.
- Add team members.
You can then assign chats to a team, filter by team in Conversations, and see a Team report.
