Add your first products

Rachel only talks about products that are in your Catalog, with the prices and stock you set there. A product with no price is one Rachel can't quote, so it hands the chat to your team instead.

1. Open Catalog in the sidebar.
2. Press Add product and fill in the name, price, currency and stock.
3. Add a description, a photo and, if you negotiate, a pricing rule under Sales guidance.
4. Save.

Got many products? Upload them from a CSV instead.

Start with the products customers ask about most. You can add the rest later.
