Test Rachel, then go live
Chat with Rachel as a customer would before real customers do.
In Salescom: Rachel > Test
Test
- Open Rachel and press Test in the header. A test chat opens at the side.
- Write as a customer would. Try asking about a product, haggling on the price, and asking to talk to someone.
- Change your profile, FAQs or products if a reply isn't right, and test again.
The test chat uses your catalog, your approved FAQs, and your saved draft or live profile. Nothing is sent to real customers, and photos aren't sent in tests.

Rachel only answers customers in the inboxes it's connected to. New inboxes are connected to Rachel automatically when you create them. To check or change which inboxes Rachel answers, open Rachel > Inboxes.
If you don't have an inbox yet, connect a channel first.
