Connect Instagram and Facebook Messenger
Answer Instagram DMs and Facebook page messages from Salescom.
In Salescom: Settings > Inboxes > Add inbox
- Go to Settings > Inboxes and press Add inbox.
- Pick Instagram or Messenger.
- Sign in with the Facebook account that manages your page or Instagram business account, and allow access.
- Choose the page or account to connect, then name the inbox.
- Add the team members who should see these chats.
If Meta asks you to sign in again later, the inbox shows a reconnect message. Press it and sign in again to keep messages coming in.
