Connect email, SMS and Telegram
Bring email, text messages and Telegram chats into the same inbox.
In Salescom: Settings > Inboxes > Add inbox
All of these start the same way: go to Settings > Inboxes, press Add inbox and pick the channel.
- Email: connect a mailbox (for example Gmail or Microsoft) or forward your support address to the address Salescom gives you.
- SMS: connect a number from your SMS provider, such as Twilio.
- Telegram: create a bot with Telegram's BotFather, then paste the bot token.
- Line: enter your Line channel details.
- API: for developers who want to send chats from their own system.
Then name the inbox and choose which team members can see it.
